With its junk-food architecture, Pig Outs, across the street from Dwight Perkins' architecturally stunning Carl Schurz High School, was a modest version of the better-known Superdawg up the road. When Pig Outs (and its building) disappeared, the hot dog and hamburger were relocated and repainted to decorate a nightclub on Elston Avenue called Slow Down Life's Too Short. Sadly, when that club went out of business around 2008, the figures lay abandoned and disrespected, as shown.
